Hypnotherapy

I specialise in using hypnotherapy to help with stress, anxiety, fears and phobias.  Working with me will help you overcome your worries and fears so that you can feel more confident and in control in your work or home life.

The sessions can be face to face in my room in York or online via my personal video-conferencing facility.

  • You will be guided gently into a relaxed state of mind.
  • You will be in control the whole time. I cannot make you do anything you don’t want to do.
  • You will develop new ways of thinking and responding.
  • You will learn tools and techniques to support you.

Packages

My packages for stress, anxiety, fears and phobias are usually 4 – 6 sessions taking place on a weekly basis, however there are times when you want to make progress more quickly and if so, then my intensive package might be right for you.  An intensive package provides coaching or therapeutic help (or a mix of both). It lasts three hours/half a day and is tailored entirely to your needs.

Coaching Packages for individuals are available too. These are for you if you require a more extended and more in-depth process to get results that change your entire mindset and have an impact in all areas of your life.
