How Do We Get Started?

A typical course of coaching or therapy will begin with a FREE initial chat about you and the reason you are seeking help. This is usually over the telephone but can occasionally be by email. We can agree on a way forward and set the appointments. Often I will send you a questionnaire to complete beforehand so that we can make the best use of our time together.

How Much Do You Charge?

This depends on the package you choose and the personalised plan of work required to meet your individual needs. My packages start at £297. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

What Happens in the Hypnotherapy Package?

I will gently guide you to a relaxed state of mind, known as a trance or hypnosis. During that time, I will help you change the way you think and respond in challenging situations enabling you to reach your goals. You are entirely in control the whole time and will only respond to suggestions if you choose to do so. You can end the therapy whenever you want. Ideally, we would discuss this first to reach a mutual decision.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

There are no set numbers of sessions as our work together is tailored to your personal requirements. Some people need just a few sessions, and others require a longer course of therapy or coaching. I have a variety of packages available to suit different needs and requirements, so get in touch to discuss these in more detail.

Coaching or Hypnotherapy is no magic wand. It will take some effort and commitment from you too!! I am committed to helping you with making positive changes in your life. I guide you in developing your existing skills and resources to enable you to access your full potential. It is vital that you feel we can work together. Let’s have a chat so that you can ask any questions before you decide if I’m the right person for you.

How Long Are the Appointments?

This depends on the package you have purchased. But, a regular appointment is an hour long at my therapy room in York Natural Health or by Skype/Zoom or telephone.
