The months of lockdown and loss have had a huge impact on us all, and prioritising mental health has never been more important than it is now.

Focusing on mental health and wellbeing is needing to be an ongoing part of everyone’s plan.

In honour of World Mental Health Day on 10th October 2020, I produced this podcast episode to share my Top 10 ideas for quick and easy activities that you can do to improve you mental health.

When you’re feeling overwhelmed, overloaded or just simply worn out and fed up, there’s nothing worse than someone adding MORE things on your to-do list!

So try picking something that you feel you CAN achieve and give it a go.

I’ve sectioned the tips into areas so that you can choose depending what you need:

Creating connections

Get Moving

Learn New Things

Self Care

Remember we are all different, so different activities suit different people at different times.  Do what you need.

I also refer back to my previous episodes of Resilience and Raising Mental Health Awareness
