It’s National Work Life Week and it’s a great opportunity for both employers and employees to focus on wellbeing at work and work life balance.
This shouldn’t just happen for one week though!
When there is good work life balance then wellbeing is improved and there is less stress, better attendance and more productivity.
Contrary to popular belief we are not always more productive by working longer hours!
I talk through the 5 key areas I believe are needed to ensure that you can incorporate plans and actions so that you or your people, particularly if working from home, can manage the day to day operations and also be supported in a way that enables to function at home in a positive way with minimal impact on productivity and mental health.
