Hypnotherapy

I specialise in using hypnotherapy to help with stress, anxiety, fears and phobias.  Working with me will help you overcome your worries and fears so that you can feel more confident and in control of your work and home life. 

The sessions can be online via my personal video-conferencing facility or face to face in my room in York.

Packages

My packages for stress, anxiety, fears and phobias are usually 4-6 sessions, taking place on a weekly basis.

However there are times when you make progress quickly and if so, then my intensive package might be right for you.  This would three hours or half a day, combining coaching and therapeutic support and is tailored entirely to your needs.  

Be assured that I will be honest about whether I can help you, so it’s always worth calling for a chat or booking the short free telephone discovery call.

I know that addressing your anxiety, stress, fears or other issues can be daunting, but the fact that you’re here means you’re ready to take the next step.

Coaching Packages for individuals are available too. These are for you if you require a more extended and more in-depth process to get results that change your entire mindset and have an impact in all areas of your life.
