The social stigma is getting improving, small steps in the right direction – just like the improvements for people with anxiety. As you say it helps to talk and that way we ally slowly get past the social stigma associated with anxiety, depression and other similar mental illnesses.

Someone who doesn’t ask why, doesn’t make a big deal about it, and perhaps even someone who can point you in the direction of resources like this when you are suffering can be a help.
