Why Failure is Fundamental  - Susie Ramroop

Failure can be scary, and at times we’ll do anything to avoid it.  This session will show you how to take the fear out of failure, and show you how much further you can go when you embrace and even encourage it.  You will gain practical tips and learn how to stop comparing yourself to others. Susie is an energetic speaker who wears her heart on her sleeve. Be prepared to be inspired and raring to take action at the end of this.

Balancing a Career and a Family - Sue Jefferson

Sue spent 30 years in UK Director and Global Leadership roles.  She really is best placed to share some really practical SPARKLE tips to enhance the balance of working full time with a family.  She’ll also share the inside information on why bosses are nervous about flexibility and how you can overcome it and make it a win win.  Sue’s mission is to equip more women to reach even more positions of influence. She really is a speaker who leaves you with an “I can do that” attitude.

Panel Discussion on Well-being in the Workplace

A selection of corporate wellbeing experts will share what works and what doesn’t so that you can advance your learning on wellbeing in the workplace and at home. You’ll get a chance to ask questions to make this session relevant and valuable to you

Create Courageous Conversations

The conference host, Emma Langton, will share how to have conversations that make a difference, get you heard and get the results that you want from difficult situations. The session will give you tools and strategies so that you leave feeling empowered to have successful conversations without the worry. Emma is a straight-talking, engaging speaker who shares her knowledge and experience of her corporate communications career together with her passion for helping others to create change with ease.

Step into Self Promotion

Gemma Stow has a passion to stop leading women from hiding. In this session, Gemma will talk about how you can step into being able to promote yourself with ease, so that you can speak up, step forward and increase your confidence in this area. Gemma brings experience of both public and private sector business to help women who are holding back.

I’m expecting that most of our delegates are women, but men are absolutely welcomed.

Of course you can! You will still get a ton of benefit from attending.

Of course – as long as they buy a ticket if they’re attending the event itself.

If you are unable to make the event, you may transfer your ticket to a friend/colleague. Just drop us a line at least 48 hours before the event with their name (and dietary requirements).

Unfortunately not.

Automating registration and payment via Eventbrite helps us keep ticket prices down so that is our preferred method of payment.

Of course you can.  We offer volume discount for those buying 5 or more tickets.  Just email emma@emmalangton.com with your numbers and requirements and we can sort that out.

You don’t need a PayPal account to buy a ticket for this event. When you get to the checkout select ‘checkout as guest’ and you’ll be able to enter your credit or debit card details as normal.

Please be advised that if you are unable to attend the event we are unable to offer refunds, transfers to a digital ticket or credits for a future event. If you buy a ticket and are unable to attend, you are welcome to change the name on your ticket as long as we have at least 48 hours notice of the name of your replacement and any dietary requirements.
